About Us
Osprey Radio is the University of North Florida's student-run radio station. While serving the target audience, the UNF community, Osprey Radio also provides a unique opportunity for the students to learn about radio in a fun professionally inspired environment.
Osprey Radio is a learning community for students interested in radio, music, management, or those who just want experience in broadcasting. While the station's music is programmed during prime time hours of the day , DJ's still have flexibility in everything they play. This freedom allows for an experimental, creative sound while still maintaining consistency.
Osprey Radio can reach anywhere in the world through streaming audio on the Internet and on cable TV at UNF and are currently making steps towards obtaining a low powered FM frequency channel.
We are constantly striving to improve our on-air product and community outreach. We feel that it is our responsibility to create a radio station for the students of UNF that is cutting-edge, informative and fun to listen to everyday.
